Your initial consultation is quite involved and you may wonder why I need to know ALL of that medical and life history. That history is ‘written’ into the fabric that is you and your structure. By knowing what came before we can work towards where you want to be…healthy, strong and happy.
A couple of months ago, I had severe sciatica pain in my lower back and down my left leg . After going to physical therapy for a month, twice per week, the pain would not go away. I contacted Dr. Woodhall, who 10 years prior had helped me with lower back pain.. He was amazing, my sciatica pain was gone in two weeks, after only two visits to his office for treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Woodhall for chiropractic care and treatment.
My little 8 lb dog was diagnosed by a veterinarian with a herniated disc. I had thought about chiropractic for her as I’ve used it for years. Dr Woodhall was very kind and gentle with laser treatment and my girl had immediate relief. I’m so grateful .
Dr. Rob is amazing! I work on a computer keyboard all day and I have/had carpel tunnel in both my hands and wrists which is extremely painful and frustrating. My regular doctor wanted to do surgery. After one visit with Dr. Rob my left hand felt better...my right did as well but the severe pain came back... now after about 5 visits, I can use both my hands! They still get stiff but they're improving. My left hand is almost completely 'healed'. Dr. Rob is a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. He's easy to talk with and knows a lot about a lot of things including supplements. He spent a lot of time getting to know me and what I've been through. While I can't decipher his notes, I know he takes a ton of notes each time I visit so he knows what my progress is. I may end up having to have Dr. Rob adjust me for my carpel tunnel for the rest of my life but hey, it's so much better than surgery. Dr. Rob helps my body heal itself. UPDATE: It's been over 6 months now and I'm still pain free. Occasionally Dr. Rob does a 'tuneup' but the carpel tunnel is gone. Thank you so much!!
I went to [my] first visit almost a week ago for pain and range of motion on my knee. Kneecap replacement a yr ago then ruptured quad tendon in May 2021 surgery to repair June 2021. I felt so good walking out of there.
For me, Dr. Rob Woodhall in Grass Valley has 'healing hands'; he's a sweet, kind man, too. He tailors the treatment to your individual needs EACH visit, rather than the 'cookie-cutter' or 'one-routine-fixes-all' practice by some chiros. His therapeutic use of K-Tape has also helped me immensely with muscle pain, weakness, and we're now addressing my neuropathy - hope at last! As he wants you to be a participant in your own health, he offers info on stretches, foods to avoid for headaches, and other helpful info. He also does house-calls and works on animals/pets! ***And, for any veterans out there, Dr. Woodhall also accepts The Veterans Choice Program that the VA pays for us to have Community Care in our own area since we are more than 45 miles away from any VA Specialty Clinic.
I wish I could give Dr. Woodhall a rating higher than 5 [stars]! Not only does he listen to my concerns and addresses them, but he goes the extra mile to explain why he does what he does and what he wants me to do when I leave. I don't have to be concerned that he doesn't remember what my issues are because he takes comprehensive notes, asks pertinent questions and shares successful stories of other patients. I love hearing his quirky jokes and observations of our beautiful county. I don't think many people know of his love and care of animals as well. If I ever have to wait to see him I know it's because he spends as much time with others as he does with me and I soooo appreciate that!
After two visits to Dr.W. I am feeling better. I especially appreciate his relaxing manner and thorough examination in addition to follow up treatments. I am glad to have discovered his expertise and assistance to Wellville.
Dr. Woodhall is kind and compassionate and very dedicated to healing. He is very understanding of the degree pain can affect your life and does all he can to help alleviate it and bring your body to its best possible condition. He not only uses all the appropriate adjustments and apparatus he has in his office, but also provides instruction on exercises and stretches you can do at home and suggests supplements and nutrition to further your healing. He is currently helping me with the damage from a long ago injury that has been causing frequent pain and misery. I have been assured that I would see significant improvement following the course of treatment he has designed. I believe him because I know he truly wants me to feel better.
Dr. Woodhall has helped me greatly over the years with my Chiropractic needs. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.
Dr. Woodhall was absolutely fantastic. I own my own fledgling business so when I suddenly couldn't stand without excruciating pain I was worried to say the least. He saw me an HOUR AND A HALF after closing folks. He stayed just so he could see me. He put my fears to rest about whether or not I'd done serious damage or just muscular complaints. And to top it all off he gave me a fantastic KT Recovery waistband kit for ice and heat that make personal upkeep so much easier. I am now back to my 100% self and moving no longer hurts! Absolutely recommend him every time!
Dr. Woodall gives excellent chiropractic adjustments. He also uses the laser which penetrates deeply and heals everything more quickly. He also is well known for working on pets including horses, dogs etc.
